I saw in the system specs for Battlefield 3 that for some reason the game takes up more space on your hard drive if you install it from a disc. (Origin 10gb, disc 15gb), and i was wondering if that would affect system performance for the game.Should i get Battlefield 3 on Origin or on disc?
The Origin version probably decompresses to use the same amount of space. The versions have to be identical. Besides, you still need Origin to play it.

Downloading it on Origin would probably be more convenient. The download will be compressed. This is why its a smaller size. When you install the game it will be 15gbs.
The performance will be the same.
