No, you can't reuse an online pass from EA...you have to buy the online pass from whatever network you're on (XBL or PSN). For Xbox 360, it costs something like 800 MS Points, which is about $10 if I remember right.
No there is not. The only way you can do that is if you bought a new copy. You can sill buy the online pass.
