Battlefield 3 : Is it worth getting it for single player?

I'm planning on pre-ordering Battlefield 3, It looks awesome. HOWEVER, I don't have xbox live. I know there hasn't been much information given out. But does anyone know some features for players who don't have Xbox Live? Maybe Split Screen.

I would say you should because in a couple of interviews they said that they focused on the single player as much as the multi-player this time around unlike previous spin offs. And if that didn't help you look at this

Battlefield 3 : Is it worth getting it for single player?
There is no split screen as console systems do not have the processing power to run it. It only has online coop. BF has always been an MP focused series. Only the two Bad Company games have a campaign mode. Neither of which have a story relating to BF3.

I would think that like all Battlefield series that have single player campaign, it is rather short and somewhat linear. Battlefield series normally focuses more on multiplayer than single player. It might have bots like in Battlefield 2, but nothing has been announced yet.Battlefield 3 : Is it worth getting it for single player?
All the latest news revolves mainly around single player- it looks epic. No doubt the game won't be as good without online, but if you're interested in getting a fps single player, you can't go wrong with Battlefield 3 !!!
no, the game is mainly focus on MP
if u just wnt it for sp then pirate it
