Can the cheapest alienware aurora run Battlefield 3 at high settings?

Im thinking of getting the cheapest Alienware Aurora and i was wondering if it can run games such as battlefield 3 at high settings. Any help would be appreciated :) and if you know of a better pc for gaming about the same price that would be great! :DCan the cheapest alienware aurora run Battlefield 3 at high settings?

True PC gamers don't buy alienware. They have good parts but extremely overpriced. 700-800$ custom gaming PC can run Battlefield 3 on high settings with no problem. So learn to build your own gaming PC just like pc gamers. It's might not hard as you think, just learning at youtube.
Alienware is a ripoff. You could build your own PC for the same amount that would run circles around the low model
