Which of these two Graphic cards will run Battlefield 3 at all max setting and everything maxed out smoothly? (Really new to PC Gaming to sorry if this is a dumb question)

Both of these cards would definitely run Battlefield 3 at the maximum settings. However, that depends on what CPU you have and how much RAM you're carrying. If you're unsure of which card is better, the GTX 590 is the way to go.

single HD6970 will do. i'm done playing that game with only HD5770 (single card). but you must also consider the memory and CPU of your computer. 4Gb DDR3 mems and 3Ghz Quadcore CPU will do the trick.Which of these Graphics Cards will run Battlefield 3 at the maximum settings?
with hd 6970 crossfire - you can play any game in high setting which released till now.
