How does battlefield 3's graphics look without the hd texture pack?

i'm looking at getting battlefield 3, however, i have an ancient old shitty tv that isn't hd or anything, so i'm guessing that downloading the hd texture pack would have no difference on the graphics through my tv? so how does battlefield 3 look graphically without the hd pack, compared to how it looks with it?How does battlefield 3's graphics look without the hd texture pack?

I'd suggest installing it, as there's not much to be lost...



However, if you don't have very much memory left on your HDD, not installing the pack won't have too much of a negative impact, as a non-HD tv wouldn't be able to display much of the improvements anyways.

I've played for many years with a shitty tv it's not that bad but once you have a hd tv you never use the shitty tv again
